Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2S, VPS25, and FAAP24. Each is linked with TRPC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2S grouped by TRPC4-low versus TRPC4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
