TRPC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 597 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD10, ETV7, and RIN3. Each is linked with TRPC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC3-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC3 versus CARD10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
