TRPC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MNAT1, KIAA0586, and VRK1. Each is linked with TRPC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC3-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MNAT1 grouped by TRPC3-low versus TRPC3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
