TRPA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 751 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf203, MIR1205, and LINC02242. Each is linked with TRPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPA1 versus C20orf203 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
