Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LINC02242 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LINC02242 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LINC02242 is differentially expressed in 11, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, LINC02242 RNA expression shows 8,434 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight KICH, BRCA, and ESCA as cancer lineages where LINC02242 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
