TROAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TROAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,732 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TROAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and TRIP13. Each is linked with TROAP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TROAP-to-partner and partner-to-TROAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TROAP versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TROAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TROAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
