Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRO protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACE2, RASGEF1A, and TMEM88B. Each is linked with TRO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRO-to-partner and partner-to-TRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRO versus ACE2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
