Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRNAU1AP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRNAU1AP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRNAU1AP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRNAU1AP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, KICH, and PRAD are the cancer types where TRNAU1AP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
