TRMU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMU mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMU-associated genes across cancer lineages are Basophils, CD8+ Tem, and NK cells. Each is linked with TRMU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMU-to-partner and partner-to-TRMU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Basophils grouped by TRMU-low versus TRMU-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMU→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
