Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMU-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGI1, C20orf85, and FAM71B. Each is linked with TRMU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMU-to-partner and partner-to-TRMU results are reported.
