TRMT61A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT61A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,043 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT61A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, SSRP1, and TRMT5. Each is linked with TRMT61A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT61A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT61A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT61A versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT61A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT61A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
