TRMT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXF2B, RNA5SP478, and PGAM1P3. Each is linked with TRMT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT6-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXF2B grouped by TRMT6-low versus TRMT6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
