TRMT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,439 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, SUPT16H, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with TRMT5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT5-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT5 versus MTHFD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
