Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT44 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT44 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TRMT44 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where TRMT44 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
