Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT44 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT44 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRMT44 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRMT44 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
