TRMT44

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, BOD1L1, and DCAF7. Each is linked with TRMT44 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT44-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT44 versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
