TRMT44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,094 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT44-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF852, SPTY2D1, and PTPN11. Each is linked with TRMT44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT44-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF852 grouped by TRMT44-low versus TRMT44-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT44→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
