Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMT44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,975 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of aggrephagy, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with TRMT44 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT44-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT44 results are reported.
