Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,036 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1, PITPNB, and PEX26. Each is linked with TRMT2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT2A versus RANBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
