TRMT2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYG2-AS1, NF1P10, and MIR199B. Each is linked with TRMT2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GYG2-AS1 grouped by TRMT2A-low versus TRMT2A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
