TRMT12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 678 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF12, ANXA9, and HMGA1P2. Each is linked with TRMT12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT12-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
