Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRMT11 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where TRMT11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
