Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,298 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT10C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UMPS, RUVBL1, and RUVBL2. Each is linked with TRMT10C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10C-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT10C versus UMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
