Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT10C RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRMT10C data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TRMT10C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT10C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and KIRC show a favorable association.

LIHC, READ, and KIRC are the cancer types where TRMT10C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
