Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT10C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP256, PRUNEP1, and MIR758. Each is linked with TRMT10C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10C-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP256 grouped by TRMT10C-low versus TRMT10C-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
