Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT10C-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FASN, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TRMT10C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10C-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10C results are reported.
