TRMT10B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,981 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT10B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, NRBF2, and P4HB. Each is linked with TRMT10B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10B-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT10B versus WDR5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
