Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT10B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE6, ARHGEF4, and RPL14P1. Each is linked with TRMT10B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10B-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT10B versus TLE6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
