Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMT10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,722 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRMT10B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with TRMT10B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT10B-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cilium-dependent cell motility grouped by TRMT10B-low versus TRMT10B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
