TRMO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,414 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, EIF5B_S1168, and RABGAP1. Each is linked with TRMO in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMO-to-partner and partner-to-TRMO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMO versus RABL6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
