Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,971 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP151, METTL7AP1, and TMEM225. Each is linked with TRMO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMO-to-partner and partner-to-TRMO results are reported.
