Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMO mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMO-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TRMO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMO-to-partner and partner-to-TRMO results are reported.
