Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 933 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-642P, SNORA10B, and RN7SKP221. Each is linked with TRIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIT1 results are reported.
