TRIR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAVER1, BRD4, and DNAJB1. Each is linked with TRIR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIR-to-partner and partner-to-TRIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIR versus RAVER1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
