Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX39A, MMP19, and F13A1. Each is linked with TRIR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIR-to-partner and partner-to-TRIR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIR versus DDX39A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
