Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX39A, MMP19, and F13A1. Each is linked with TRIR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIR-to-partner and partner-to-TRIR results are reported.
