Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,214 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, CBX3, and CCDC12. Each is linked with TRIR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIR-to-partner and partner-to-TRIR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIR versus BRD4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
