Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,211 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-methionine modification, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Positive regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with TRIR in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIR-to-partner and partner-to-TRIR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-methionine modification grouped by TRIR-low versus TRIR-high in LUNG_SCLC.
