Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIQK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 508 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIQK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPO, TTLL12, and C20orf27. Each is linked with TRIQK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIQK-to-partner and partner-to-TRIQK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIQK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIQK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
