TRIQK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIQK mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIQK-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEPACAM2, FOCAD, and H3-5. Each is linked with TRIQK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIQK-to-partner and partner-to-TRIQK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIQK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIQK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
