Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,552 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM22, UBE2F, and MRPL44. Each is linked with TRIP12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP12-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP12 results are reported.
