TRIP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, TXNDC17, and GPR3. Each is linked with TRIP12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP12-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 grouped by TRIP12-low versus TRIP12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
