Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIP12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Gab2, and p70-S6K_pT389. Each is linked with TRIP12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIP12-to-partner and partner-to-TRIP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by TRIP12-low versus TRIP12-high in UCEC.
