TRIML2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIML2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2E2, POLE2, and ATP6V1D. Each is linked with TRIML2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIML2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF2E2 grouped by TRIML2-low versus TRIML2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
