TRIML2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIML2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bim, PCNA, and Rab11. Each is linked with TRIML2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIML2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bim grouped by TRIML2-low versus TRIML2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
