TRIML1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSFY2, MYH8, and TAAR6. Each is linked with TRIML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIML1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
