TRIM9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECHS1, B3GNT4, and PAPLN. Each is linked with TRIM9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM9-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ECHS1 grouped by TRIM9-low versus TRIM9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
