TRIM68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,309 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM68-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MOB2, PRDM1_S288, and PHKB. Each is linked with TRIM68 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM68-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM68 versus MOB2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM68→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
