TRIM68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,046 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM68-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS2, DPPA3P2, and LIAS. Each is linked with TRIM68 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM68-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GINS2 grouped by TRIM68-low versus TRIM68-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM68→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
