TRIM68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM68-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA3, OR51T1, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with TRIM68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM68-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTA3 grouped by TRIM68-low versus TRIM68-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM68→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
