TRIM67

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,802 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM67-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA3, RRBP1, and SLC16A3. Each is linked with TRIM67 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM67-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM67 versus ITGA3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM67→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
